The Veterans Advisory Board on Radiation Dose Reconstruction ( VDBR ) is tentatively planning
to hold their next Plenary ( open-public ) meeting in March, 2012 at San Antonio, TX. Given the final details, NAAV will also plan to set up a Tri-State reunion at the same time, so
